Shana Hooker Day of coordinator handled all of the vendor arrivals, payments, time keeping, people herding, mini disasters etc. examples: someone showed up with a +1 we didn't plan for... And the DJ got hurt during set up. All things she was able to take care of without me even needing to know there was a problem.
Todd Hernandez Tricia was our planner. Super invaluable day before and day of in terms of coordinating last minute stuff.
Vickie Wagenaar Oh snap! Why didn't I think of that. Tricia Lee McNabb-Lanzino is a TOTAL planner mwahahahaha.
Jamie Morris We have a day of and she's been great lol and we're still a few months out. First she sent a list of all the usual items as a checklist and she is the go to the evening before and day of so I don't have to think. The best part is she was married in my same venue so she knows all the ins and outs!
Cassidy Sanderson Wedding wire has a great one. it is free to sign up and has a check list. it feels good to mark a box off and see your task lists go down.

Kristen Varga Yesss...I think a minimum of a day of planner is a must. Ours did about 60% and I wish it would've been 100%. There are so many details and decisions to be made.

Kimberly Fitzpatrick I BEGGED AND BEGGED to hire a day of planner but to no avail they were too far out of our budget, but the hotel had someone there for us the whole time (thank the lord for the Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa staff!)and my sister in law helped like crazy for set up. Overall I'm proof you can do it without a planner as long as you have a few ride or die friends and family and a great venue to lend a helping hand.
